How the Kindle Book is Created

The first step is to gather information required to customize your Kindle e-book.

I’m pleased to reveal the focus of the book is "25 rules for buying and selling real estate"; it’s packed full of practical hands-on advice, based upon decades of real estate experience. The content is the result of 100s of hours of research and writing, which will position you and your business as the absolute authority for real estate in your local market.

Required Information

We need some information to enable us to customize your book:

1. Contact Details: Please provide the name of the Agent, the Business, and provide all contact details, such as office address, website URLs, social media channel URLs, email addresses, telephone numbers et al.

2. Graphic & Design: Please provide a copy of your logo in high-resolution (e.g. .eps , .ai .png or.jpeg format format), any branding guidelines (e.g. colors including their Hex code), and a photograph in digital format (i.e. a ‘head shot’).

3. Personal & Business ‘biographies’ (500 words, maximum). To personalize the e-book and engage with your future clients, please provide a brief overview of your personal qualifications, experience, etc. If required, add a separate business section to cover off the history of company.

Optional Information

In addition, and at no extra charge, you can include the following 2 optional sections:

a. Acknowledgements (250 words, maximum): Use this section to share the "positioning" benefits of this book with others such as staff, co-workers, suppliers, contacts, etc. You can recognize the contributions of others, acknowledge mentors for their support, and/or simply say “thanks”.

b. Local Market Info (500 words, max): Use this section to demonstrate local market knowledge with consumers, including facts and figures about local trends. In doing this, you’ll show prospective clients that you’ve a finger on the pulse of the market.

The production process is simple: (A) You provide us with Items 1, 2 and 3 (mandatory) and ‘a’ & ‘b’ (optional) no later than June 19, 2015; and (B) Our production cycle is scheduled for June 22nd through July 3rd, meaning products will be available week commencing July 6th.
